Inspections are free as long as you are within our service area. Individuals outside of our service area have to pay a $25 inspection fee.
In the event you go with our services, the inspection fee will be refunded.
Our service area includes areas within 20 miles of the 48206 zip code.
Areas outside of Metro Detroit may have to pay larger fees for an inspection.
Moisture Inspections
Moisture and Mold tend to go hand in hand. Where you find one, you find the other. We may be able to use our tools to locate sources of moisture. From there, a strategy for combating the source of the moisture can be developed.
Miosture Inspection Reports cost $100 and up depending on the size, accessibility and conditions of the space involved as well as the scope of the moisture issue.
Mold Remediation
Basic Remediation Package
Includes free Moisture Inspection Report.
Affected areas are sprayed with a fungicide that kills mold on surfaces and in the air.
Sources of moisture that cause mold problems will be identified so you can consider your options to address those issues.
Costs $800 and up. Depends on the size, accessibility, and conditions of the area(s) to be treated. It also depends on the severity of the problem.
Premium Remediation Package
Includes everything in the basic package plus equipment such as substantial dehumidifiers and air purifiers.
We also as help with simple moisture causes, such as downspouts and grading.
Comes with two free checkups, to make sure the issue remains remediated long term.
Costs $2,500 and up. Depends on the size, accessibility, and conditions of the area(s) to be treated. It also depends on the severity of the problem.
Mold Removal

If more than 1 or 2 garbage bags of moldy material needs to be removed from the premises then you need removal in addition to or instead of remediation.
We haul the waste away, investigate for moisture sources to help abate the issue.

Premium Removal Package
Everything included in the Premium Remediation Package and the Basic Removal Package.
Costs $5,000 and up. Depends on the size, accessibility, and conditions of the area(s) to be treated. It also depends on the severity of the problem.
Surface Rehab
Mold damages any surface it grows on. Mold removal can prevent further damage from occurring, but it can not fix damage.
